Our processing time is on average 2-5 business days. During periods that we are experiencing a higher volume of orders, processing time could be extended. For TLP branded items, it should be in your hands within 3-4 days business days.

TLP is not responsible for any delays or damage while the shipping carrier is in possession of your order. We strive to get all orders to you within a timely manner - no one likes to wait on happy mail!

Please note: as we continue to grow, we are working with multiple manufracuers and not all products will be stocked at our home warehouse. The average shipping time for some items are 20-30 days and will be shipped separately from other items in your order. This will be noted in the description of those items.

Yes! We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of your package being delivered. The items need to be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition you received them in.

We choose the name The Little Pacific because I was set on having the acronym TLP. My grandmother and bff, Diane, often used these letters to remind us that "The Lord Provides". She was quite the entrepreneur and started many small businesses of her own. The acronym TLP was always incorporated in her branding and marketing. It was even used as the first 3 letters of the license plates on all of her cleaning company's cars! I grew up with my grandmother in a small New England beach town, so I'm no stranger to sand between my toes. The beach will forever be my happy place. Creating a small business with Pacific in the name made perfect sense. Although the the Pacific ocean is far from little, we believe our tiny humans have bright futures that will know no limits.
